Heather Fuller
I'm Heather Fuller, founder of Pathway Christian Academy, homeschool mother of five, and a passionate advocate for individualized, relationship-based education. I have been homeschooling since 2016 and previously operated a small microschool program in San Manuel, Arizona, where I gained valuable experience working with students in a mixed-age learning environment.
I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Education Studies through Grand Canyon University and have a deep interest in literacy instruction, Charlotte Mason philosophy, and creating meaningful educational experiences that nurture the whole child.
Safe, known and supported
I believe children learn best when they feel safe, known, and supported, not pressured to fit a rigid mold. My approach combines structure with flexibility, emphasizing strong relationships, character development, living books, hands-on learning, and steady growth over perfection.
My goal is to partner with families to provide a peaceful, encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop a love of learning, and grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
Statement of Faith
Pathway Christian Academy is founded on biblical Christian principles and seeks to create a learning environment that reflects the love, truth, and character of Jesus Christ. We are non-denominational in background and look to the Bible as our primary source of truth, wisdom, and guidance.
We believe every child is uniquely created by God with purpose and value, and we desire to support students academically, personally, and spiritually in partnership with their families. We value teaching that encourages integrity, kindness, responsibility, respect for others, and a love of learning.
Families from a variety of backgrounds are welcome, provided they are comfortable with the Christ-centered nature and values of the learning environment. Our goal is to provide a peaceful and supportive atmosphere where students are encouraged to grow in both knowledge and character.
