We're open to a conversation
We understand that every child and every family has unique educational needs. Whether a family is looking for:
- supplemental support,
- tutoring alongside online schooling,
- flexible scheduling, or
- a more individualized learning approach,
we are open to having a conversation to see if Pathway Christian Academy may be a good fit.
Families from a variety of backgrounds are welcome, provided they are comfortable with the Christ-centered nature and values of the learning environment.

- Four days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. No school on Thursdays.

- Tuition depends on your child's schedule and the amount of teaching and tutoring time. Please contact Heather for details.

Paying with your ESA account
Pathway Christian Academy is an approved vendor for Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program.
That means if your child is enrolled in the ESA program, you can pay Pathway Christian Academy using the funds in your ESA account, instead of paying out of pocket.

Structured, supportive and organized
Pathway Christian Academy is committed to creating a structured, supportive, and organized learning environment while maintaining the flexibility and personal connection that make a microschool unique.
- Brightwheel app. We use Brightwheel as our primary platform for parent communication, student check-in and check-out, attendance records, updates, billing, contracts, scheduling, and more. Families have access to updates and important information through the Brightwheel parent portal throughout the school year.
- LLC and insured. Pathway Christian Academy is incorporated as an LLC and maintains liability insurance.
- Accreditation. We are actively pursuing accreditation as we continue building and growing the program.
- Field trips. We hope to incorporate occasional field trips and enrichment opportunities throughout the year. For off-campus activities, parents will be responsible for providing transportation and attending alongside their child unless otherwise communicated in advance.
Because we are a growing microschool, some details may remain flexible and could evolve in order to best serve students and families.
